Booking Terms
A 100% deposit is required for peak seasons.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure all
reservations.
The balance is payable on arrival.
All extra expenses, such as telephone, drinks & laundry are calculated on
departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees as follows:
15 - 30 days prior
to arrival forfeit 50 % of the deposit
7 - 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit
Less than 7 days prior to arrival, no show or earlier departure forfeit full
amount of total cost
A handling fee of R100 will be charged for all cancellations from date of
confirmation.
